Swirl Label Vertigo - El sello del rock progresivo



El sello Vertigo fue uno de los precursores del rock progresivo, junto con otros como Deram (Decca) o Harvest (Emi). Estos sellos apostaron por sonidos y bandas nuevas, algunas de ellas se perdieron en el olvido, pero otras llegaron a triunfar en mayor o menor medida. Esta es la primera parte de algunas que irán saliendo, dedicadas a dar a conocer estas bandas y con algunos de sus temas más conocidos.  Por esta razón revivo un viejo borrador que tenía por ahí, para recordar alguna de estas grabaciones, para escuchar y refrescarse un poco en este verano.

Aquí hay música realmente buena e interesante. Un pedazo de historia de la música rock británica y del rock progresivo en concreto. Uno de los sellos más interesantes, junto con Deram y Harvest para rebuscar entre esa caja de música que son los últimos años sesenta y los primeros setenta.
